Tracing waste, Hera recovers 92% of sorted waste
The urban waste traceability system implemented by Hera makes it possible to annually publish Tracing Waste, a thematic sustainability report available since 2009, and to quantify the share of sorted waste collection actually recovered: in 2019 it was equal to 92%, an excellent result confirming the one of the previous year. This means that non-recovered sorted waste did not exceed 8%.
