Heratech is the Hera Group company that handles the design and construction of plants, network extensions, urbanisation projects and new connections (water, gas, electricity and district heating) for both the Group and its customers. In other words, a technological heart that beats to the rhythm of innovation and sustainability which also manages the plant remote control and handles the Technical Call Centre that manages Rapid Response Services and the Analysis Laboratories for drinking water, wastewater and waste.
Therefore, HERAtech is right at the technological heart of HERA.

Our professionals: thanks to the high level of professionalism acquired through years of experience we design and produce works, both internal and external to the Group, in various sectors (from the transformation of waste into energy through waste-to- energy distribution networks and production of electricity and heat). For this reason, through trusted intermediaries, our Customer Technical Service provides assistance to customers from the connection estimate for opening the meter up to and including the signing of the contract and any documentary verification for the supply of gas. We ensure qualified support and billing based on real consumption, doing this in an innovative and sustainable way. In fact, we have digitised all the operations to improve our service.

With more than a million checks carried out each year as well as the most important certifications in the sector, Heratech Laboratories are scientific centres for environmental analyses of significant importance in Italy, and offer a contribution to improving everyone's quality of life. They monitor water systems and control the waste treatment chain, ensuring strict compliance with the legal requirements. The professionalism of our technicians and the technological patrimony of the Heratech Laboratories are available to companies and public bodies to carry out analyses and samplings, as well as offering targeted advice to external customers.
