Hera is a predominantly publicly owned company with about 200 public shareholders. Part of these (111) are united in a shareholders' agreement (renewed effective from July 1, 2024 and in force until June 30, 2027), which holds 45.8 % of the share capital. The remaining capital is free float composed of both private shareholders and institutional investors.
