New notice to Suppliers
NEW NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS
Effective from 01/10/2024, a Credit License system has been introduced for companies and self-employed workers operating on temporary or mobile construction sites as referred to in Article 89, paragraph 1, letter a) of Legislative Decree no. 81/2008.
Starting from November 1st, it will no longer be possible to operate on the site by submitting the self-certification/substitute declaration via certified email (PEC), as it will be essential to have submitted the License request through the dedicated portal (I.N.L.).
It should be noted that possessing the Credit License is mandatory for anyone operating on temporary or mobile construction sites, for example under Joint-Venture contracts, and/or subcontracts.
Therefore, all companies subject to this regulatory obligation are asked to provide evidence of compliance.
The evidence related to the Credit License must be uploaded into Hera_Pro in the “Documents” folder of the company's profile (including self-employed workers and subcontractors) to be made available in every active contract.
