Lawful Basis and Purpose
Your personal data will be collected and used to fulfil your request: You will receive information on Hera S.p.A.'s activities and services.
Voluntary Provision of Data
Providing your personal data is completely up to you and not mandatory. However, failure to provide it will make it impossible for Hera S.p.A. to proceed with the activation of the service.
Methods Used
Your personal data will be processed by electronic means but may also be processed in paper form and with the appropriate security measures to ensure confidentiality.
Recipients
The processing or phases thereof may also be carried out by third-party companies that may or may not belong to the Hera Group, which will act as external data processors. Personal data may be disclosed to third parties contractually bound to Hera S.p.A.
The data will be processed exclusively by parties authorized and formally appointed to perform these tasks, identified, trained, and informed of the constraints required by law.

Rights of Data Subjects
You may obtain the detailed list of recipients and exercise the following rights set out in EU Regulation 2016/679 by sending an email to the address protocolloheraspa@gruppohera.it Art. 15 (Right to access): You may obtain confirmation of the processing of your personal data, access to it, and to all the information contained in this information notice; in particular, the Data Controller will provide you with a copy of your personal data being processed, upon your request. Art. 16 (Right to correction): You may obtain the correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay, and you may supplement your incomplete personal data, also by providing a supplementary statement. Art. 17 (Right to deletion): You may obtain the cancellation of your personal data without undue delay if the data are no longer required with respect to the purposes; if they have been processed unlawfully; for a legal obligation; if you have revoked your consent or you object to the processing. Art. 18 (Right of restriction of processing): You are entitled to obtain the restriction of processing when one of the following applies: a) if you object the accuracy of your personal data, for the period necessary for the Data Controller to check the accuracy of such personal data; b) if the processing is unlawful and you object to the deletion of your personal data and ask instead that its use be restricted; c) although the Data Controller no longer requires the data for the processing purposes, the personal data are necessary for you to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court; d) if you object to the processing, pending verification that the legitimate reasons of the Data Controller take precedence over your own. Art. 20 (Right to Data Portability): You are entitled to receive your personal data in a format that is structured, commonly in use and readable by automatic devices and to transmit these data to another data controller without hindrance by the data controller to whom you have provided them, if the processing is based on consent or on a contract and the processing is carried out by automated means. Art. 21 (Right to object to processing): You are entitled to object, in whole or in part, to the processing, therefore the Data Controller will refrain from further processing of your data, unless said Data Controller proves the existence of legitimate mandatory reasons to proceed with the processing that prevail over the Data Controller's interests, rights, and freedoms, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of a right in court. If your personal data is processed for marketing purposes, you are entitled to object at any time to the processing of your personal data carried out for such purposes, including profiling, insofar as it is related to such marketing. If your personal data are processed for scientific or historical research or statistical purposes, you are entitled to object to the processing, for reasons related to your particular situation, unless the processing is required to perform a task in the public interest.
