This is a combination of regulations drawn up for the purpose of providing guarantees and protection to all parties which establish relations with Hera.
This charter defines the purpose of the company, the duties of corporate bodies and the principles that govern their relationships. The By-laws also establish the role of the shareholders and the criteria for appointment of members of the Board of directors and the Board of statutory auditors.
