We began by analysing global European, Italian and local policies to identify nine "Impact Areas ", in line with our areas of expertise. We then grouped these areas into three "Drivers of change", three strategic areas for our development. The framework is reviewed and updated every three years, in relation to new emerging global challenges. The most recent review that brought the framework to its current state took place in 2020. To date, the framework is composed as follows:

ENVIRONMENT - Regenerating resources and closing the loop
Transition towards a circular economy
Sustainable management of water resources
Protection of air, land, and biodiversity
LOCAL AREA (and Business) - Enabling resilience and innovating
Innovation and digitisation
Economic development and social inclusion
Creating job and development of new skills
Resilience and adaptation
The three "Drivers of Change", and their nine "Areas of Impact", are linked to 11 goals of the UN 2030 Agenda. Of these, 7 are priorities for our business:
