For over 50 years the "Financial Statements Oscar" has been the most prestigious award for Italian corporations outstanding for their financial and corporate social responsibility communications
The "2007 Financial Statements Oscar" for the category "major listed and non listed companies" will be presented to the Hera Group, selected by an independent committee after accurate benchmark analysis confirmed not only the strong commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility, but also the completeness and clarity of content in both Italian and English versions of the published Sustainability Report, issued at the same time as the financial statements and therefore providing a truly global picture of corporate affairs.
The jury particularly appreciated the communication efforts, also in terms of the technology adopted, in Italy and abroad to promote stakeholder involvement through an impressive range of initiatives.
