The Studio Bernoni Professionisti Associati designed and proposed a prize dedicated to producers and distributors of renewable energy and to plant manufacturers, in order to identify the Italian excellence in the three mentioned categories.
The Gruppo Hera, a leading company in the Emilia Romagna multiutility business, a major operator and supplier of energy, water, waste collection and disposal, listed on the Italian stock exchange, won the first prize in the "TRADER" category.
Gruppo Hera main strengths can be identified by its local roots (68% of shares held by 168 local Municipalities) and by its managing and running of 7 WTE plants.
Gruppo Hera was also a government reference consultant for the waste emergency in the Naples and Campania area.
