Over the last few years, we have constructed an ever-broader cooperation network with universities and Master’s programmes, at both local and national level. Our objective is to bring young people closer to the world of work and facilitate growth and training pathways, by offering the following opportunities:
- introduction of apprenticeships and in-service training
- introduction of curricular traineeships and the chance to write your thesis at the company
- educational cooperation to promote the sharing of know-how in the local area
- placement and career guidance events.
Apprenticeships and in-service training at Hera
The possibilities for apprenticeships and in-service training, of a maximum duration of 6 months, range from issues connected with our core businesses (water, energy and the environment) to those relating to the areas of staff, market and innovation and services.

Would you like to write your thesis with us?
Writing your thesis at our company will allow you to combine theory and practice. Many topics are available, including energy management, smart grid, metering, waste management cycle, change management, research and innovation, etc.
