The Leadership Model was introduced in 2010 with the aim of promoting and enhancing a set of virtuous behaviours that are essential for addressing the many challenges of an ever-evolving competitive landscape, while embodying our mission and values. It represents an interpretation of the company’s strategy, serving as a guiding compass for the daily actions of all of us.
This model is not static but is constantly evolving, with a particular focus on several distinctive elements: broad-based participation, skills development, purpose and its practical application in the company’s operational processes.
At the heart of the model is Purpose-Driven Leadership, an approach to leadership that places meaning, purpose and fundamental values at the centre, recognising them as the origin and goal of every action.
The key element of purpose is linked to four goals:
- Adding value
- Shaping results
- Establishing common ground
- Building the future
We are aware that it is through our decisions, actions and behaviours that we can shape and implement the Hera Group’s strategy. This is only the beginning of a path aimed at fostering the evolution of people, which is essential to building and promoting collective growth. Each individual contribution drives shared success, and our collective commitment will enable us to achieve ever more ambitious goals.
