Born in 1956.
She is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, specialising in tax, corporate and civil law, and business advisory, as well as in corporate restructuring and turnaround.
She holds control and audit positions such as Sole Auditor, Statutory Auditor, Alternate Auditor and Chairwoman of Boards of Statutory Auditors and Auditors in local authorities, universities and companies, including publicly owned entities.
She is Chairwoman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Acosea Impianti and Chairwoman of the Board of Auditors of Sipro; she also holds positions as alternate statutory auditor in investee companies and as auditor in local authorities.
She is on the Register of Statutory Auditors and on the Register of Auditors of Local Authorities and is a Court-Appointed Expert with the Court of Ferrara. She also has expertise in negotiated settlement procedures for business crises and serves as a Crisis Manager.
She also carries out teaching activities for institutions, professional orders and trade associations.
She has held senior positions within professional orders, including President of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Ferrara and of its Foundation, as well as President of the coordinating body of the Orders of Chartered Accountants of Emilia Romagna (CODER).
She holds a degree in Economics from the University of Bologna.
