Whistleblowing
“Whistleblowing” is a report made by a worker who, in performing its duties, becomes aware of an illegal or hazardous activity that may cause damages to the company for which it works, customers, colleagues, citizens or other category of persons. Reports may involve danger at workplace, fraud against or by the company, environmental damage, false social communications, medical negligence, illegal financial transactions, threats to health, cases of corruption or bribery and many others.
“Whistleblowing” is a legal instrument that allows you to promptly report to entities such as the Judicial Authority, Court of Auditors, the National Anti-Corruption Authority, the Anti-Corruption Officer of the company.
