Every year we operate a University Orientation initiative aimed at the children of Hera Group employees, devoted to helping them choose a university education or career path.
This University Orientation initiative involves the participation of Group Executives as speakers and also includes some guests from the university world, aimed at arousing dialogue and offering incentives to employees' children to find out more about their choice of University.
Orientation to a career path in the world of work is organised by the Group Personnel and Organisation Department alternating theory and practical sessions to create an effective curriculum and simulate a job interview.
