Utilities Market Manager
Born in Imola (Bologna) in 1971.
Since 1 July 2022, he has been the Utilities Market Manager, responsible for defining pricing policies, market positioning, and commercial objectives for the areas of competence, as well as ensuring the promotion, sale and commercial development, in the free market, of services and waste recovery, treatment and disposal capacities at Herambiente S.p.A.'s plants and third-party sites. He also ensures the planning, scheduling and operational efficiency of the waste management process and correct management of the facilities in his charge.
Since July 2009, he has been the Logistics Manager of HERAmbiente, responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, optimisation and operational efficiency of waste management and the steps of the brokerage process, managing its operational activities. Previously, he held a variety of roles of increasing responsibility within the Environment Division of Hera S.p.A.
He started his professional career in the Hera Group in 2004 as Process Manager in the organisational development area of the Personnel and Organisation Department.
After an initial experience in the Giesse Group as co-ordinator for industrialisation of product lines and a similar experience in Silectron S.p.A., he joined the Temsi Group in June 2001 as an analyst.
He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an Executive Master of Business Administration qualification from Bologna Business School.
