Born on 30/06/1981.
She is co-founder of Kilowatt Soc Coop, where she has been chief of R&D, institutional relations and sustainability policies since October 2013. Since the company launched, she has worked on developing the business unit that deals with social innovation, environmental sustainability, impact assessment, and high-impact business incubation. From 2016 to 2023, she was Chairperson of Kilowatt srl, the subsidiary company dealing with sustainable catering and urban regeneration.
Since October 2016, she has also been the curator, and programme and artist relations manager, of the Resilienze Festival.
Since 2019, she has been teaching on the U-RISE - Urban Regeneration and Social Innovation Master’s course at the IUAV University of Venice.
From March 2012 to March 2016, she was the representative for CSR innovation projects in the Unipol Financial Group, while from January 2007 to February 2012 she was in charge of the Businesses and Eco-innovation area of Indica Srl, providing (among other things) management consultancy to public authorities, companies and third sector organisations for the design and testing of governance and management tools oriented towards sustainability.
Institutional roles held include: a member of the board of Confcooperative Emilia-Romagna (2020-2022); provincial board member of Confcooperative Terre d'Emilia (2026-ongoing); chairperson of the CSR working group in Amice - Association of Mutual Insurers and Insurance (2014-2016).
In 2007, she completed a two-year international Master's degree in Sustainable Development and Environmental Science (LUMES) at Lund University, Sweden.
In 2005, she graduated in Economics for Art, Culture and Communication from Bocconi University in Milan.
