centrata In accordance with art. 2.6.2 (Required Reporting) of the “Rules of the markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.", please find below our annual calendar of corporate events: 25 March 2026 – Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the previous year’s preliminary financial statements. 29 April 2026 – Shareholders’ Meeting to approve the previous year’s financial statements. 13 May 2026 – Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve additional financial information for the period ending on 31 March 2026. 29 July 2026 – Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the half-year financial report as at 30 June 2026. 11 November 2026 – Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve additional financial information for the period ending on 30 September 2026. The Board of Directors, as communicated for the previous financial year and in line with the past, in order to guarantee regularity in the information provided to the financial market and investors, has decided to continue preparing and publishing this information quarterly, on a voluntary basis and in line with current regulations.
