Being a driving force in the transition towards a circular economy is part of our purpose.

We look to the future of our stakeholders, focusing on comprehensive recovery and regeneration. In urban waste management, we have already exceeded the recycling targets set by the European Union, sending only a residual share of collected waste to landfill. Moreover, more than half of industrial waste is recovered in the form of materials and energy. We do so with careful attention to air quality, also thanks to plants whose emissions are well below legal limits. We regenerate land by remediating and reusing it for new plant developments, and we are committed to reducing our water consumption while promoting the reuse and regeneration of wastewater, through a circular approach aimed at limiting the extraction of new resources from the environment.
