Regulations for the qualification process, online tenders, assessment of suppliers and, in general, the exchange of supply related documents are contained in our “e-Procurement Regulations”.
Acceptance of these Regulations is a non-negotiable minimum requirement for suppliers to be accepted into the system and to receive access codes to the portal.
Consent to the processing, communication and disclosure of one’s personal data is required for various supplier related issues. If consent is not granted, it will not be possible to initiate and/or continue contract relations between the supplier and Hera.
