General Manager of Uniflotte S.r.l.
She was born in Forlì in 1971.
As of 1 October 2023, she is General Manager of Uniflotte S.r.l. and is responsible for managing the Hera Group's corporate fleet and waste container business.
From December 2019 to September 2023, she served as Head of Operations within the Central Waste Management and Fleet Management Department of Hera S.p.A. with the responsibility of guaranteeing (for the area of competence) overall coordination of refuse collection, road sweeping/cleaning, waste transport services and the operation and maintenance of collection centres, ensuring the achievement of cost objectives inherent to said services.
From May 2015 until April 2021, she was Head of the Bologna-Imola Area of the Waste Management Department of Hera S.p.A.
From January 2013 to April 2015, she was Head of Planning and Control in the Waste Management Department of Hera S.p.A.
From April 2010 to December 2012, she was Environmental Manager of the LOC Forlì Cesena Business Unit; she joined the Hera Group in October 2006 as Waste Management Operational Support Manager of Hera Forli Cesena S.r.l.
From September 2002, she worked as Technical Officer in charge of Waste Management Services at the Bologna Regulatory Authority for Public Services (ATO5).
She worked at Simam S.p.A. in Senigallia (AN) as a technical employee and participated in contaminated site remediation and wastewater treatment projects, as well as managing construction sites at companies such as Enichem, Snamprogetti, Pianimpianti, HIM GmbH.
She started her career in an engineering firm in Rimini as a planner, then collaborated with the Environment Sector of the Province of Forlì Cesena on implementation of the infra-regional waste disposal project.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental and Territorial Engineering with honours from the University of Bologna, and a Master's degree from the University of Ferrara.
