Born in Sogliano al Rubicone (Forlì-Cesena) on 18/09/1949.
He is Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Gruppo Società Gas Rimini Spa, which he joined as an employee in 1976. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Gas Rimini Holding Spa.
He is CEO of City Gas Bulgaria EAD and CEO of Technoterm Engineering EAD, both based in Sofia (Bulgaria).
He is a member of the Boards of Directors of Hera, Hera Trading and Hera Comm. He is also Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of D.G. Holding.
During his professional career, he has designed natural gas distribution systems in about 35 Italian municipalities.
From 1973 to 1976 he was employed at SIR in Milan as a petrochemical plant designer.
He has authored numerous publications in gas sector trade magazines and has been a speaker at major conferences on local public services.
He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bologna.
