Jens Klint Hansen
Investor Relations Manager
Born in Ottawa (Canada) in 1967.
Since January 2010 he has been Investor Relations Manager with responsibility for defining, implementing and managing communication strategies and relations with investors, financial analysts and stock exchange authorities, ensuring the correct flow of information. In addition to monitoring share performance on the stock exchange, he is responsible for updating official presentations for the financial community, as well as reports and financial publications regarding Hera, keeping management updated on such matters.
From 2003 he was Investor Relations Manager of the Hera Group, reporting to the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
In 2000 he was appointed Investor Relations Officer and Head of Corporate Development of Art'e' S.p.A. in Bologna.
In 1996 he joined PriceWaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance Department in Milan as a Senior Consultant.
He began his career in 1994 at Iser S.r.l. (Genoa-Milan) as Controller.
He holds a degree in Corporate Finance.
