Manager of Development, Training, Organisation and Personnel of Central Organisations

 

Born in Udine in 1973. 

Since January 2012 he has been Manager of Development, Training, Organisation, and Personnel of Central Organisations and is responsible for defining and overseeing the system for enhancing the company's Human Capital by proposing reference models for the development of meritocracy and leadership; for defining and governing the processes and activities of development, selection, internal mobility, training, management of senior executive staff, job evaluation, compensation & benefits, organisation and change management. Since 2020, he has also had responsibility for personnel management activities for all structures within Central Organisations, Innovation and Corporate Services.

In January 2008 he joined the Group Personnel and Organisation Department of Hera S.p.A., initially as Head of Organisation, then as Head of Development and Organisation, and in December 2010 he was appointed Manager of Development, Training and Organisation.

From 2004 to 2007, in Fiat Auto S.p.A. he had the opportunity to hold positions of increasing responsibility starting from the professional area of Development, moving on to roles of coordinating activities in Human Resources for start-ups in China and India and gradually developing the discipline of the organisation, until he became Head of Global Organisation for the Brand & Commercial areas of Fiat Auto.

In 2001 he joined the Fiat Group participating in the Fiat Grade project, a managerial development program aimed at quick-paced training to have a management with high intersectoral and international expertise. This involved him first going to CNH (Chicago - USA) as Organisation Analyst in Human Resources, then from 2002 to 2003 to Iveco France (Paris - France) as Commercial Controller, before moving to Human Resources in Fiat Auto S.p.A. in 2003 as Head for the definition of HR processes for their subsequent implementation in the company's ICT systems.

He began his career as a junior controller at Martini e Rossi in 2000, dealing specifically with the commercial area.

He is a member of the Scientific Committee of the MIB Trieste School of Management, of the Executive Committee of the Master's in Human Resources and Organisation at Bologna Business School and lecturer in human resources, leadership, business organisation and change management in several postgraduate master programs.

He holds a degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Management Accounting and Corporate Finance from the Faculty of Economics at Turin University.
