The Hera Group created roughly 33% of its shared-value ebitda in 2023 (254 million euro) through activities in the areas of "Enabling resilience and innovating".
In the innovation and digitisation area (68 million euro), this ebitda came both from the sale of telecommunications services through the company Acantho and through the development of projects and the implementation of investments aimed at the digitalisation of operating processes, services offered and cities.
In terms of economic development and social inclusion (48 million euro), shared-value ebitda was achieved through contracts and partnerships with social cooperatives resulting in the employment of disadvantaged people.
By studying the national and global scenario, Hera Group has established specific resilience- and innovation-related short- and medium-term goals, which are verified and renewed annually.
