Professional experience
23 November 2016 – ongoing. Department of Public Administration. Specialised support for the Intermediate Body in the 2014 – 2020 Governance and Institutional Capacity PON, regarding activities in “Public organisation and management”. Since 2002 he has participated in numerous national projects in administrative and organisational innovation, acting as an expert and/or project manager.
2005 – 2017. ARPA Emilia Romagna. Member, Chairman, Expert for the Evaluation Unit.
2014-2016. INVITALIA – DEPARTMENT FOR REGIONAL AFFAIRS. Technical assistance for the development and creation of projects and support plans for implementing law n. 56/2014 (Del Rio law).
2003 – 2008 – 2015. Ministry of Justice. Member of the national commission “Organisation measures for rationalisation and transparency of ministerial structures”, promoted by the Advisory Board of the Ministry of Justice. Planning, testing and development of the Telecommunications Civil Process.

2009 – 2012. A.R.O.C. Research on Complex Organisations Association. Researcher, consultant and educator for numerous associations representing economic interests.
2002 – 2012 (during various phases). High Judiciary Council. Project creator and teacher of courses in management for heads of judiciary offices. Support in constructing the Council’s IT system.
Teaching experience
Since 1999 he has collaborated with universities, research centres and training centres for planning and creating training programs, working above all with SPISA (School for legal experts in business of the University of Bologna), the University of Bologna, ISTAO, the Higher Education Institute for Public Administration, the Higher Education Institute for Judiciary Bodies, ANCI, Profingest (Bologna).
