Hergo Reti is the Hera Group’s platform for efficiently managing system operation, maintenance, technical support and emergency response activities.
Efficiency, performance and satisfaction are the key principles behind the development of Hergo Reti. Using the Geocall software platform, we have streamlined our processes by applying the benefits of digitalisation to emergency response activities. In the past, reliance on paper documents or data accessible only from fixed workstations slowed down operations; similarly, the need for constant telephone contact with support staff and the use of multiple devices for different functions reduced process efficiency.
Thanks to Geocall, everything is now accessible via smartphone: from technical information on customer systems and data about service personnel to the creation and assignment of work phases, consultation of multimedia documents attached to work orders, and navigation to the reported location.
