Giacinto Sarubbi

He holds a degree in Economics with a specialisation in Business Management and Administration.

Since 1987, he has been a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan.

Since 1995, he has been enrolled in the National Register of Statutory Auditors of the State General Accounting Department and on the Register of Technical Consultants of the Milan Court of Justice, with the following specialisations: banking and stock exchange, Extraordinary and Corporate Transactions, accounting and financial reporting, valuations, and administration.

From 1999 to 2002, he was a Partner at ARTHUR ANDERSEN and Chief Executive Officer of a number of companies within the Group.

From 2002 to 2005, he was a Partner at Ernst & Young and subsequently Managing Partner of the EY Tax Practice.

Since 2005, he has been a Founding Partner of the Sarubbi Poggi accounting firm and of SIGMAGEST S.p.A., a firm specialising in corporate management and organisation.

From 2007 to 2009, he was a Visiting Lecturer in Accounting and Financial Reporting at Bocconi University, Milan.
