HerAcademy’s annual workshop analysed the challenges and opportunities of demographic change

In the same month, the company headquarters in Bologna hosted the 15th workshop of HerAcademy, the Hera Group's corporate university, under the title: “Demography and work: new paths for development”. Experts, academics and managers - including Alessandro Rosina (university professor and one of Italy’s leading demography experts), Enrico Sassoon (editor-in-chief of Harvard Business Review Italia) and guest of honour Avivah Wittenberg-Cox (leadership and generational diversity expert) - met to analyse in depth the challenges and opportunities linked to demographic change, with a special focus on the strategies companies could adopt to adapt to a constantly evolving context.
