He was born in Crotone in 1979.
Since 24 May 2023, he has been Group Manager of Waste Management and Fleets, and is responsible for coordinating and ensuring achievement of the Group's objectives in the management of environmental services for the territory; in addition, he manages activities relating to company fleets through the company Uniflotte S.r.l., pursuing service improvements in terms of effectiveness and efficiency. He is also responsible for pursuing the business objectives for his area of responsibility in accordance with sustainable development in the territory and for the protection of its environmental resources.
Since 2021, he has been Head of Planning, Control, Revenue Management and Environmental Regulations in the Head Office of Environmental Services and Fleets Division.
In October 2008, he joined the Hera Group as Head of Operational Control of the company Uniflotte, which manages the Group's corporate fleets and environmental containers; in 2011, he was appointed Head of Planning and Control; since 2015, he has been Head of Planning, Control and Fleet Management.
From 2007, he worked as a controller at Philip Morris International Manufacturing, where his role involved monitoring business performance, evaluating efficiency and promoting it within the internal control system.
After an initial experience in Business Development at Technogym, he was a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
In 2004, he graduated with a Master's degree in Business Administration from Bologna Business School, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
