She was born in Forlì in 1970.

He works as a freelancer as a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, dealing with auditing, administrative and tax consultancy, business organisation and reporting for international consolidation and reporting purposes.

He holds positions of Statutory Auditor and Sole Auditor in boards of statutory auditors of industrial companies, cooperatives and publicly owned companies, with and without accounting control. He carries out due diligence, internal audits, appraisals and company evaluations.

From 2008 to 2016 she was Partner of DK Audit, a legal auditing firm owned by an international network, with which she had previously collaborated, working in audit, administrative consulting and reporting services for multinational groups.

In 2006 he collaborated with statutory audit firms, including Reconta Ernst & Young S.p.A. and PKF S.r.l., carrying out audits.

From 1998 to 2005 he gained professional experience at several firms of accountants and statutory auditors, carrying out accounting, administrative, tax and bankruptcy consultancy activities, as well as technical consultancy for the Court of Bologna.

She has a degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Bologna.
