Silvia Mignatti

Born in Bologna in 1968

She is a Chartered Accountant specialising in corporate and tax advisory, with experience across industrial, financial and service sectors, including at an international level.

She is a partner at BC& Studio di Consulenza Societaria, Tributaria e Legale, based in Milan, where she focuses on corporate and tax advisory, Tax M&A and deal advisory, assisting medium-sized and large companies.

Alongside her professional practice, she provides tax consultancy services to academic institutions, including Bocconi University in Milan, Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele, Humanitas University and, until 2004, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.

From 1999 to 2004, she was a Partner at Studio Bernoni – Professionisti Associati – in Milan, working in tax, corporate and legal advisory. At the same firm, from 1994 to 1999, she worked as a self-employed professional.

She holds a number of oversight and governance positions, including membership of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Coca-Cola HBC Italia, Chair of the Board of Statutory Auditors of CCH Circularpet, and Sole Statutory Auditor of Fonti del Vulture, all of which are part of the Coca-Cola HBC Group.

She also serves as a statutory auditor for a number of renowned companies and groups, including IED – Istituto Europeo di Design – and the Segesta Group, partly owned by the Korian Group, as well as companies in the large-scale retail sector, industrial production and services, and also holds roles as Chair and Sole Statutory Auditor.

 She holds a degree in Economics from the University of Genoa.
