Diversity Manager
Since March 2011, she has been Diversity Manager of the Hera Group, charged with developing and consolidating the company's equal rights, equal opportunities, and diversity and inclusion policy. In 2020, Hera entered the Bloomberg gender-equality index, an international index assessing gender equality, diversity protection, and inclusion.
She has been with Hera since 2006 and has held senior positions in several of the Group’s companies. From January 2021 to June 2023, as Water Systems Manager, she was responsible for managing and developing networks and plants for the integrated water service throughout the Hera S.p.A. territory; previously, she was Chief Executive Officer of Heratech S.r.L., a Group company, and Manager of other Business Units.
She has served as the Chair of PromoBologna, as a member of the Board of Directors of Interporto di Bologna, of SEA S.p.A. Società Aeroporti Milanesi, and BolognaFiere S.p.A., and is currently a Director of Valsoia S.p.A., Elica S.p.A. and the Arturo Toscanini Foundation.
In 2005, together with Cinzia Sasso, she published "Un’ora sola io vorrei, manuale per riprendersi il tempo che c'è", a manual on time management.
In 2004, she won the Mela D'Oro Marisa Bellisario Prize, an award for the best Italian women managers. In 2016, she contributed to the Hera Group winning the Mela D'Oro Award as a “women-friendly company”.
From 2002 to 2006 she was Chief Executive Officer of Geasar S.p.A., the management company of the Olbia - Costa Smeralda airport with the responsibility of implementing the new management model for the tourist and commercial development of the area.
From 1996 to 2002 she was Commercial and Marketing Manager of Venice Airport, with responsibility for defining development plans and for the management and profitability of all commercial activities.
She is currently a member of the Management Board of Valore D, an association of companies that promotes women’s talent, diversity and leadership, of which she was also Vice-President, and she is the contact person in Emilia-Romagna for the Marisa Bellisario Foundation, a network of energies and expertise, which shares activities and initiatives to build a country fit for women and for growth.
She began her career at Bologna Airport in 1988, after various positions in the Marketing and Business Development sector.
