To make the teamwork even more effective, we have completed the digitalisation processes to offer innovative working modes such as Hera_Pro, the new professional platform for all Hera Group suppliers, for a more fluid, integrated collaboration in line with the needs of modern e-procurement.
Thanks to Hera_Pro you can register online, participate in tenders and manage contracts, all from a single portal.
To access the new Hera_Pro platform, you must register your company details at the following link.

Then follow the instructions in the manuals available on following page.
To access the new platform, simply write to accesso.portalefornitori@gruppohera.it and request your first login credentials, indicating your full personal details (company name, address, VAT number and tax code) in the email.
We will provide you with the first access credentials to enter Hera_Pro. Once you have received the credentials, follow the instructions contained in the User management manuals and Qualification management manuals on the following page.
You can send a chat linked to the reference contract no. The office of the contract contact person will respond to all requests. Access the “Chat” box from the portal and send us a message with your request.
