Webranking celebrates 20 years in business. To mark the event, Lundquist, the company specialised in digital communication that annually analyses with Comprend the business websites of the biggest Italian companies on the stock market, has drafted a classification of the companies which have most appeared in the Italian Top Ten. Over the last twenty years, we have featured on this list 16 times, thus achieving third place in the ‘award’ ranking, ahead of huge companies like Tim, Pirelli and Generali.

Again in the Webranking 2021, for the eleventh year running, we are placed in the “5 stars” category among the top 10 Italian companies, with a rating of 82.6/100. Specifically, okey strengths include detailed communication of financial information and the testimonies (in written or video form) of the employees themselves, who reveal their daily life in the company, promoting the company mission and most important aspects of our business. “Hera shows what it means to be part of the company through the voices of its own personnel”, is part of the reason stated in the report by Lundquist and Comprend, which this year examined 111 companies. The most appreciated initiatives included interviews with colleagues in the section “Working at Hera Group” and the video “A Word from the Team

For our online communication, 2021 was an important year with the launch of the new public portal of the Hera Group, a meeting point between the corporate entity and the world of offers and services for companies, the region and people. In language that is simpler, direct and lively, our website aims to offer quick responses to the needs of people and reveal their stories and points of view, collected together in the new section “Insieme” (Together) with all the initiatives that we offer the country.
