Born in Pescara in 1972.
He is lawyer at the Court of Cassation and expert in tax law and corporate compliance.
He has over 20 years’ experience in the field of company criminal and administrative liabilities and assistance regarding tax matters.
He has carried out training sessions and held conferences regarding Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 and criminal tax law, bankruptcy and corporate law.
Since 2019 he has been a member of the Criminal Chamber of Modena and regional coordinator of the Tax Criminal Law Centre in Emilia-Romagna. Since 2016 he has been a Member of the National Association of Italian Tax Law Practitioners.
From 2016 to 2024 he was president of the Supervisory Body ex Legislative Decree 231/2001 for various companies and participated in the study team for the drafting and practical implementation of numerous organizational models.
From 2019 to 2024 he was a BoD board member of Carimonte Holding S.p.A.
From 2014 to 2017, he was Councillor for Economic Activities, Tourism and Agriculture of the Municipality of Modena.
From 2011 to 2013 he was a BoD board member of the ASCOM (Businesses Association) of Confcommercio (Italian Confederation of Trade, Tourism, and Services) of Modena.
Since 2008 he has been working in the firm "Zaccaria, Rotella & Associati" and has several publications in the field of tax law. Graduated in law, he has three master's degrees: Transfer Pricing, International Taxation, and VAT and customs in international trade.
