Besides traditional meeting points, people interested in a more in-depth knowledge of the Hera world can get in touch through chats with some managers of the Central Personal and Organisation Department and pose their questions on the topics to be identified from time to time. The subject dealt with in this session will be "Job interviews: advice from insiders".

Some managers of the Central Personal and Organisation Department will be available in chat from 10.30 am until 12 pm.

The Virtual Fair is the Borsa del Placement event dedicated to university undergraduates and recent graduates: it is a true and proper career day held on the Internet, capable of putting recent graduates and recruiters in direct contact, overcoming geographical distances. The next edition will be held on the website www.borsadelplacement.it on 19 and 20 June. The Hera Group is participating in the initiative. Further details will be published closer to the event.

"BRIC and Europe: European and emerging economies face to face": international speakers will discuss the new market developments and the global changes that have taken place in human resources management. At the afternoon workshop devoted to training and development, there will be a presentation of a case study on the Hera Group.

On 3 May of this year, the Hera Group will take part in the Career Day organised by the Rimini campus branch of Bologna's Alma Mater University. The event, which will run from 9.30am to 6.00pm in the halls of Rimini's Palazzi Comunali, will be a time for meetings and exchanges between the student world and the business world, with the aim of providing guidance to young undergraduates and graduates.

The Hera Group took part in the Top Employers this year too. The results were announced during the awards ceremony which took place at the offices of Sole 24 Ore.
