We are working to improve the procurement system of the Hera Group

The design of the new supplier portal is at an advanced stage and more information on the development of the new e-procurement platform will be published in the coming weeks.
What changes if you are already a supplier to the Hera Group?
Suppliers who are already approved may, in the event of changes to their details or expiry data of their approved status, continue to update all data pertaining to their authorisation document on the SAP SRM portal until further notice. However, from 1 April 2023, the possibility of gaining authorisation on new merchandise groups is temporarily blocked.
The tender procedures, publicly and privately negotiated, are not interrupted.
What if you are not yet a supplier of the Hera Group?
Due to implementation requirements of the new portal, we inform you that from 1 April 2023 the process of new additions/approvals on the supplier list of the Hera Group is temporarily blocked, although there remains the possibility of participating in public tenders.
