The new portal for Hera Group suppliers is coming!
As of 23 May 2023, the current SAP SRM supplier portal will be supported by the new Hera_Pro e-Procurement platform.
How can I participate in calls for tender?
All tendering procedures that started on an earlier date will end on the SAP SRM portal, whereas from 23 May 2023 on, both publicly and privately negotiated new tendering procedures will be managed on Hera_Pro.
How can I qualify if I am a new supplier?
The qualification process for new suppliers will be temporarily blocked until 23 May, after which date suppliers must register and qualify on Hera_Pro.
What if I am already a qualified supplier?
New merchandise groups cannot be granted qualification until after 23 May.
As of 23 May, qualified suppliers will maintain the qualification characteristics and eligibility status that they enjoyed on the Hera_Pro portal on 18 May.
For such reason, changes made in SAP SRM after 17 May will not be replicated on Hera_Pro.
However, in order to achieve the Vendor Rating Predictive score introduced on the new portal and in such way increase the probability of being invited to the tender, suppliers must fill in the qualification document on Hera_Pro with the utmost care.
In particular, in the following three cases, it is essential for the qualification document on the new portal to be immediately filled in:
1. whenever changes have been made in the data entered in the previous SAP-SRM qualification;
2. whenever any given requisite is approaching expiry;
Please note that the expiry of any mandatory requirement renders invitation to tenders for private negotiations impossible;
3. whenever a supplier intends to add a new merchandise group.
