As of 23 May 2023, the SAP SRM supplier portal will be supported by the new Hera_Pro platform.

What changes if you are already a supplier to the Hera Group?
All tender procedures that started on an earlier date will end on the SAP SRM portal, whereas from 23 May 2023 on, tender procedures will be managed on Hera_Pro.
For access to the SAP SRM portal, the current address remains valid, whereas access to Hera_Pro requires connection to the link after first executing the procedure to enable the user as per the instructions attached here.

Please note that in order to obtain a complete Vendor Predictive Rating score and in such way increase the chances of being invited to the tender, as of 23 May, it is very important for the qualification document on Hera_Pro be filled in with the utmost care.
In particular, in the following three cases, it is essential for the qualification document on the new portal to be filled in:
1. whenever changes have been made in the data entered in the previous SAP SRM qualification;
2. whenever any given requisite is approaching expiry; Please note that the expiry of any mandatory requirement renders invitation to tenders for private negotiations impossible;
3. whenever a supplier intends to add a new merchandise group.
Please note: any changes made in SAP SRM after 18 May must be reported by the supplier also in the qualification document on Hera_Pro.

Important! As of 23 May, the schedule will be linked exclusively to Hera_Pro and therefore after such date it will no longer be necessary to modify data also in SAP SRM.
