Isabella Malagoli

Director of Sales and Marketing at Hera Comm S.r.l.

Born in Portomaggiore (Ferrara, Italy) in 1968, Graduated in Statistical and Actuarial Sciences (Economics field).

She began her career in 1992 as a consultant at Econstat S.r.l., a management consultancy firm, subsequently becoming Marketing and Strategy Manager.

In 1997 she became head of Customer Relationship Management of TIM S.p.A for Central-Northern Italy, managing High End Residential Market customer loyalty and development.

In March 2000 she joined GVM S.p.A., a group providing services on the international private healthcare market, as Marketing and Communication Manager.

In 2001 she moved to Acantho S.p.A., a Hera Group company that designs, builds, develops, installs, maintains, manages and supplies private and public telecommunications networks and services, as Marketing and Communication Manager.

In January 2003 she joined Hera S.p.A., developing and coordinating the Group's first Marketing Plan.

In 2004 she joined Hera Comm, taking on roles with increasing levels of responsibility: Indirect Channels Manager, Indirect Sales Manager in the Business Clients field and subsequently in the SME (Small & Medium Enterprises) field before becoming SME Manager in 2008 and Corporate Market Manager in December 2009.

In July 2011 she took on the role of Indirect Sales and Marketing Manager at Hera Comm.

In May 2012 she became Indirect Sales and Marketing Director, her task being to develop the Group's sales/competitive positioning, define a marketing plan for all segments and develop and manage the Hera Comm indirect sales network for all customer segments.

In January 2016, following reorganisation of Hera Comm and reallocation of the Top Business Market, she was appointed Sales and Marketing Director, retaining all previous responsibilities plus those of developing and managing the Top Business segment according to goals and defining the relative sales plan.

In September 2017, following reorganisation of Hera Comm, she was nominated Sales and Marketing Director and assigned the tasks of developing the Group's sales/competitive positioning in the energy services field, defining the marketing and communication plan, developing and implementing sales strategies and plans on all markets and ensuring achievement of sales targets. She also oversees Supplier of Last Resort markets, transactional processes and manages credit in her areas of responsibility.

She is President of Medea S.p.A.
