Isabella Malagoli

Born in Portomaggiore (Ferrara) in 1968, University Degree in Statistical and Actuarial Sciences - Course on Economics.

She started her career in 1992 as consultant with Econstat S.r.l., a management consulting firm, and later was appointed Head of Marketing and Strategy.

In 1997 she became Head of Customer Relationship Management for the Central North area of TIM S.p.A. and was responsible for customer loyalty and developing the High End Residential Market.

In March 2000 she joined GVM S.p.A. group, an international private healthcare group, as Head of Marketing and Communications.

In 2001 she joined Acantho S.p.A., a Hera Group company that manages the design, construction, development, installation, maintenance, management and supply of public and private telecommunications networks and services, as Marketing and Communication Manager.

In January 2003 she moved to Hera S.p.A. where she was responsible for developing and coordinating the implementation of the Group's first Marketing Plan.

She has been with Hera Comm since July 2004 covering roles of increasing responsibility: Manager of Indirect Channels, Manager of Indirect Sales to Business Customers and later SME Customers (Small & Medium Enterprise) then becoming Manager of SME Clients in 2008 and Corporate Market Manager in December 2009.

Since July 2011 she has been responsible for the Indirect Marketing and Sales of Hera Comm.

In May 2012 she became Marketing and Indirect Sales Director and is responsible for developing the Group's commercial and competitive positioning, defining the marketing plan for all segments and developing and managing Hera Comm's indirect sales network for all customer segments.

As from January 2016, after the reorganisation of Hera Comm and the reallocation of the Top Business Market function, she was appointed Marketing and Sales Director, with her previous responsibilities unchanged and also assuming those of developing and managing the Top Business segment on the basis of the targets assigned, and defining the relative commercial plan.

In 2017, after the reorganisation of Hera Comm, she was appointed Sales and Marketing Director with the responsibility of developing the Group's sales and competitive positioning for energy services, defining the marketing and commercial communications plan, developing and implementing commercial strategies and plans on all the markets and ensuring that sales objectives are met; she is also responsible for the Last Resort Markets, transactional processes and credit management for the areas for which she is responsible.

In January 2019, after the reorganisation of Hera Comm, she was appointed General Manager with the responsibility of ensuring that marketing, sales, Customer Relationship Management and Customer Operations targets met, coordinating activities, developing potential areas of commercial innovation and identifying appropriate corrective actions in the event of variances.
