Marcello Guerrini

Marcello Guerrini - Born in Ravenna in 1951, holds a degree in mining engineering. From 1977 to 1979, he worked as an engineer at Agip Mineraria. In 1979 he joined Consorzio Artigiani Idraulici Impiantisti of Ravenna in sales and was promoted to General Manager in 1984. From September 1998 to October 2002, he was General Manager at A.R.E.A. S.p.A. He was a member of the board of directors of Uniflotte S.r.l. and Service Imola S.r.l. and was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Famula On Line S.p.A.

Between November 2002 and December 2003 he was interim General Manager at Hera Ravenna S.r.l. and was named Manager of the Hera Groupís Services Division in November 2002.

In January 2010, as part of the groupís corporate and organisational restructuring, he was appointed Group Manager of IT Systems and Services, charged with organising and managing all the Groupís core business services Ė Facilities Management, Billing, Payroll, IT systems and the Corporate Fleet of vehicles.

From 28 April 2014, following the definition of the new organisational structure of the Hera Group, he became Group Manager of Corporate Services, charged with organising and managing all corporate services with the goal of rationalising activities and pursuing improvements in both effectiveness and efficiency.

Specifically, he has responsibility for processes and activities in Purchasing and Contracts and Quality, Safety and Environment, as well as Facilities Management, Billing and Payroll.

His objective also includes the identification of all potential business opportunities in these industries (JVs, acquisitions, disposals, etc.) through careful monitoring of the market.
