The 2010 campaign, Everybody needs Hera


The Hera Group’s communication serves as a logbook in which the company tells the story of the future it hopes to create together with its country and customers, the people with whom it works and in whom it believes. It is true that every journey requires water and energy but, to truly become great, must also focus on respecting the environment through which it passes, providing a better world for those to come.

The Group’s communication campaigns have acknowledged this incentive and translated it into a new, tender and passionate way to define Hera, because the first stop on this great journey is the heart. The hearts of those people for whom Hera’s services have come to symbolize affectionate caring, close to their lives, their plans, their emotions.
This was the inspiration for the infant, the unquestionable protagonist of the 2010 campaign, “Everyone needs Hera”, which is the start of a new narrative with which the company will tell its story. The strength of its smile is the strength of a country provided and cared for by a responsible company that protects the future as something precious. In fact, Hera’s light enables the infant to see and learn about the world, gas keeps him warm, water quenches his thirst and his diapers dispose of “waste” and keep him clean. With this campaign, not only does Hera hope to emphasize the many varied forms in which it expresses its commitment to the land but also to ensure that at the centre of this commitment is the customer, seen above all as an individual with requests, dreams, values and plans that need a better world in which to develop. The world that Hera nurtures each day.
