On December 8, results of the CDP questionnaire were published, showing how the Hera Group has taken a further step forward, reaching level A-, instead of the B obtained in 2019. CDP is the body managing measurement and dissemination of data related to the environmental impact of industrial realities at a global level and represents the reference point of excellence for investors, companies, cities, states and regions. Filling in the CDP questionnaire requires measuring and reporting on all the performances and initiatives implemented by a company to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
Hera obtains the highest rating (i.e. A) for governance and for data related to emissions, even improving, in these areas, the score of last year. At the same time, the Group launched a project to implement the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosure (TCFD ) with the Financial Stability Board. In Italy only 17 companies rank A-.
