Informative notice pursuant to art. 13 of Italian legislative decree no. 196/2003
As regards the collection of your personal data via the “Contact Hera” page, please note the following in relation to the above law:

Data controller	The data controller is Hera S.p.A., parent company of the Hera Group, with legal headquarters in Viale Carlo Berti Pichat 2/4, Bologna, Italy. Hera S.p.A. oversees the processing of all data for the web site www.gruppohera.it, an activity which it also carries out in the name of, and on behalf of, other firms within the Group.
Personal data collected	When using the web site to contact Hera S.p.A. or other companies in the Group, you will be asked to provide the following information: Name and surname of sender; Contact information of your choice to be chosen from among a street address, an e-mail address or a telephone number; The name of the city and country, which are needed so that your query can be directed to most appropriate offices or companies within the Group. This data will be attached to the message being sent. If it is not forthcoming, your attempt to contact the company or business unit within the Hera Group will be aborted.
Scope	Personal data is requested in order to allow Hera S.p.A., or firms within the Group, to receive queries and provide suitable answers. Furthermore, by choosing “I agree” for receipt of the Hera S.p.A. Newsletter, the periodical bulletin will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided. On receiving each Newsletter, however, you will be given the option of cancelling your subscription by clicking on the appropriate link supplied in the e-mail text.
Method	Personal data will be processed by computer and in print.
Provision of personal data	The decision to provide your personal data is made freely and is not mandatory. However, when consent is not given for the services chosen, Hera will be incapable of replying to your message or, alternatively, may not be able to send the Hera S.p.A. Newsletter.
Data disclosure policy	Your personal data will be accessible only to those Hera S.p.A. employees who need it to carry out their specific duties. It will also be accessible to employees of Officine Digitali Srl who will use it for the same ends indicated above in their capacity as external data controllers. Finally, Acantho S.p.A. has the right to access your private data in its function as provider of connection services for the Hera Group web site.
Duration	Your personal data will be deleted from the database one year from the date you sent your original message. As regards the e-mail address which you may have provided for receipt of the Hera S.p.A. Newsletter, this will be kept indefinitely, and will be cancelled only when you decide to remove your name from the Newsletter list, as per the above section titled “Provision of personal data”.
Rights pursuant to art. 7 of Italian legislative decree 196/2003	If a year has not passed since you sent your original message, and your personal data has not, therefore, been cancelled, you may still exercise your rights pursuant to art. 7 of Italian legislative decree no. 196/2003 by sending an e-mail to coordinamento.privacy@gruppohera.it with which you may demand: elimination of all personal data previously provided; updating of you personal data; supplementation of your personal data.
