With this in mind, the Internal Mobility team aims to combine the search for and recruitment of professional capabilities within the Group. It strongly believes that shared knowledge and experience are crucial for meeting business objectives, motivating and getting the most out of staff, and encouraging integration between the different business segments.

For several years now, the company’s intranet has had a job posting section that allows employees to look at jobs that are available within the Group and put their name forward (the section received more than 85,000 hits in 2014 alone).
Job specifications are also posted on all notice boards to ensure broader circulation of the search.

The job posting programme is a way of facilitating the transfer of our employees between different departments, with a view to enhancing their skills and specific areas of knowledge.
In line with our business values, we give our employees the chance to be actively involved in their own development and become real drivers of change.
