Communications play a key role within Hera Group, both at an institutional and market level. The corporate culture is traditionally characterised by a strong team spirit and has always aimed to involve all stakeholders: customers, employees, shareholders, institutions, suppliers and the local community.
Internal training and the leadership model also promote consistent behaviour through the effective management of communications processes.

This is why we are methodically and passionately committed to defining integrated communications strategies that enhance corporate identity and meet our stakeholders' needs.
Key words: responsibility, transparency and innovation. A focus on listening and measuring results accompanies the activities undertaken, tested by regular surveys carried out by external specialist companies. Our strong local presence encourages us to create synergies with local companies to support those initiatives and events that are most important to the local citizens and the Group. Every year, Hera makes a range of educational projects for different age groups available to schools, encouraging young people to make the best possible use of resources and respect the environment. Specific measures are also implemented on a continuous basis for workers, who are able to consolidate their sense of belonging to the corporate community and its values through internal communications tools.
