The operational units of the Laboratories in Bologna, Ravenna and Forlì make up a multi-site SINAL-accredited Laboratory (accreditation certificate no. 0110), in conformance to the UNI EN ISO/IEC 17025/2000 standard. The Quality Management System of the multi-site laboratory is certified by Certiquality to ISO9001:00 standard, with certificate no. 6064. With the enthusiastic contribution of over 80 specialist laboratory technicians, available 365 days a year, Hera Laboratories provide the Group with the tools to best monitor the plant management, and they also provide external customers with highly-qualified professional consultation, as well as an integrated sampling and analysis service.

The analytical services offered are high quality and they are executed promptly and safely, drawing on the very latest instrumentation, qualified personnel, and the widespread presence of the laboratories in the region. The IT system used for managing the Laboratories (LIMS) represents a further level of support in serving the client, because it ensures promptness of communication and transparency of information.
